Barbara Bouwer brings 32 years of professional experience across the NPO and service-driven sector — extensive leadership, administrative and organisational management, with a strong track record in systems, coordination, stakeholder communication and compliance.
A few years ago, an unexpected life event sent my own business into a spin. What pulled it back was structure, the right support, and a network I could rely on. That experience is exactly why I do this work now — I know what it feels like when everything rides on you, and I know what it takes to bring it back under control.
